For security reasons we will NOT accept credit card information by e-mail. All purchases must be complete through our accepted payment portals and Visa and MasterCard customers must provide the 3-digit CVD code when completing their payment. We will not accept any payment that does not have a verified CVD at the time of processing.

 

All Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST

 

ON residents will be charged 13% HST

 

NS, NL, NB, PEI residents will be charged 15% HST

 

 

 

Out of Stock Items:

 


Although we do our best to keep our catalogue up to date, there may be occasions when we are out of stock of the item you ordered. If this should occur, we will refund your Credit Card for the difference and ship your order, less the out of stock item. A copy of the refunded amount will appear on your invoice at the bottom and the out of stock item will be noted on your invoice with brackets (). Any out of stock item will also be noted on your Shipping Notification email.

 

 

 

Returns & Refunds:

 

Any problems with orders (broken or damaged item, short shipment, or mis-shipment) must be communicated to The Northern Bead Company within 48 hours of receipt of shipment by either e-mail or phone.

 

Cut items such as chain and cord, Special Ordered items, Clearance and Bargain items, Tools, and Books are not eligible for return or exchange. Items that have been altered are not eligible for return.

 

Products may be returned for full refund (minus shipping costs) or exchanged within 7 days of receipt of product with the following conditions:

 

Customers must contact The Northern Bead Company by completing the Return Authorization (RMA)

 

Log into your account and find the order corresponding to the items to be returned.

 

Click on the RMA link and fill out the RMA request

 

The Northern Bead Company will review the request and then issue you an RMA number along with a mailing address.

 

Returns cannot be accepted by courier (FedEx, UPS, or Purolator). Canadian customers please use Canada Post, US customers please use USPS.

 

Once the items are received and reviewed your credit card or PayPal account will be credited

 




 

Only items included on the RMA request are eligible for return or refund. Any additional items included with authorized items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

 

 

Any products returned without prior authorization will be subject to an additional 25% restocking fee

 

Product must be complete and in resalable condition - credit will not be issued for any product received damaged/broken.

 

All sales are final (non-refundable) on Clearance items and Bargain items;

 

Returns must be received within 30 days of issue of RMA.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all RMA authorized returns.

All Canadian orders ship at a flat rate of $9.95 via Canada Post Expedited - insured and traceable via the Canada Post website. Canadian orders over $125 ship free and are also insured and traceable.

 

All packages sent via Expedited come with $100 Insurance and have a guaranteed delivery with an online tracking number.

 

Expedited Shipping is available at an extra cost if your order is less than $125 - see above for more details.

We will ship to anywhere in the world!

 

 

 

Please note that shipping outside of Canada and the USA will require additional postage. If you require a quote beforehand on international shipping please write us.

 

 

 

Packages shipped outside of Canada & USA have their shipping rates determined by the actual total weight of the package and its destination. If you are outside of North America we will contact you after you place your order with the shipping charges required to send out your package. Customers will be given options between standard service and upgraded shipping (where possible.)


 

All International orders will be shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise requested by the customer.


 

 If payment for the shipping charges are not completed within 10 business days of the email request, your order will be cancelled, and a 3% processing fee based upon the order total will be applied.

 

 

 

International shipments are sent via Standard Letter Mail unless requested by the customer.
